Our products are digital eSIM data plans delivered instantly upon purchase. Once an eSIM is activated or the QR code has been accessed or downloaded, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@nomadoesim.com with your order number and details about your issue. We may request diagnostic information to verify your claim.
Payments are securely processed by our partner, Paddle. Refunds, when approved, are issued through the same method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
